Support Sales Manager in every aspect of sales cycle, including:
Generate customer sales orders and ensure sales paperwork is correctMaintain updated inventory levelsLiaison with leasing companiesUpdate and maintain Floor Pricing (spreadsheet),Calculate Sales CommissionsMaintain ERP system (E-automate) for customer recordsMaintain CRM system and be point of contact with vendorProcess all sales
Inventory:Verify physical quantity and condition of incoming inventoryEnsure new inventory is stored in its proper locationRotate stock and practice FIFO InventoryMaximize warehouse spaceSpot check inventory weekly to ensure better inventory management
Warehouse:Ensure all shipments are timely and accurateMaintain a neat and organized warehouseEnsure that neat and accurate files are
